Odyssey Bikes’ constitution of rules

· All members of Odyssey Bikes (OB) will conduct themselves in a lawful and orderly manner when representing OB.

· Members will abide by all state and federal laws.

· Members will not conduct unlawful activity.

· OB is an inclusive club and will not discriminate against members for their race, religion, the bike makes/model, or other beliefs or affiliations.

· Failure to maintain these respectable standards can lead to your removal from the club.

Each member of OB will hold in high esteem our values and mission statement.

Grit: to dig your heels in, to be brave, to show resilience in the face of adversity.

Ownership: To be humble and claim responsibility for your failures as well as your successes. To act with integrity. To Own your decisions and not pass blame.

Belief: to have faith in yourself, your team, and your abilities. To have the courage to be true to yourself and act independently.
